Series One Senior:
-PERFORMANCE: Scored 1.59 of the maximum allowable 1.60. We actually are able to say " our bat IS the hottest on the market". We out performed every other bat on the market in Performance during a full year of testing, and we tested them ALL.
-DURABILITY: Remember when bats used to get endcap wear? When you used to get to know your bat? For Players that can hit the ball with an average exit velocity of 90mph, our bats were lasting over 1000 hits compared to 250-300 hits from our competitors. Testing Durability Data based on a players average exit velocity:
110+MPH: PROTON: 200-300 hits OTHER GUYS: 30-60 hits
100-110MPH: PROTON: 300-500 hits. OTHER GUYS: 60-200
90-100MPH: PROTON: 500-1000 hits. OTHER GUYS: 200-400
under 90MPH; PROTON; We still have not broke one yet. OTHER GUYS: We have broke plenty
-SWEETSPOT: Based on official testing data during certification process, our bats had the following performance scoring:
1.44 at -1.5"
1.51 at -1",
1.59 at center
1.53 at +1"
1.50 at +1.5"
This means little performance lost as you move up and down the barrel. HUGE sweetspot.
-FEEL and SOUND: Bat feels great in the hands and in tune, makes the great crack sound we used to love, no PING!
We only use the highest grade composite, nothing cheap here. Our bats are designed to last and maintain ideal compression longer than any bat on the market today. In our indoor and on-field testing, our bats out performed and out lasted all of our competitors every time.
Our bats feel completely in-tune when making contact with the ball, There in nothing lost in the feel and it sounds perfectly acoustically tuned. Would love to talk about hoop frequency here, just know our bat from cap to knob is in perfect orchestration.
Making a hot bat is easy. Making one that lasts while maintaining the desired level of performance and compression is not. We figured it out. Our bats reached the desired level of compression and then hold there for many hits to come. The better the composite, the longer it lasts.
